Alert Calls - immediate information and communication flow over the phone

Alert conferences allow to notify pre-defined groups of people with voice messages, either ad-hoc or at a given time. Optionally, the system connects them to a telephone conference after the notification.

Alert is managed by an easy-to-use web application. The access to the alert system allows users to store lists of phone numbers, upload voice messages and to define alert groups. Alert is a flexible solution which allows your customers to select a conference call with authentification or recording of the alert conference.

We have developed a rich set of tools designed to optimise the alert system for different applications. For example, a voice message can be recorded just before activating the alert. The alert conference can be controlled intuitively via the web browser. Integrating slide presentations or application sharing enable visual communication. The only technical requirement is a DTMF-capable phone and optionally a web browser.
