Education and training

We treat all our staff equally and do not exploit trainee students. We have an open and friendly working atmosphere, ideal for ensuring your further development both professionally and personally.

We currently have three young IT trainees. We are only able to accept a small number as it is important for us to spend time with them, and not just insist they pass their exams as quickly as possible. It is in our mutual interest that they should want to stay with us as we then have staff specially trained to match our needs! Our trainee vacancies are also advertised in the local Chamber of Trade and Commerce (IHK) job exchange and job centre (Agentur für Arbeit).

Students from various disciplines are welcome to send us spontaneous job applications. Energetic and active people are always welcome in our project teams. Final project work is only available subject to prior arrangement. We also spend time with our student workers and ensure they are given sensible tasks. For this reason we can only accept a limited number. Those we do accept will work closely with us as we are interested in a long-term partnership. For example, they will be offered a vacation job with us.
