More applications - less complexity

As business IT offers an ever increasing range of capabilities, it is essential to reduce complexity by helping users deploy IT technology as easily as possible and by simplifying system administration as much as possible.

Integrating conferencing services

Conferencing can no longer be considered as an isolated application. These services must be integrated into existing IT systems and software solutions. We provide a variety of solutions for integrating the conferencing services into your IT environment.

Plug-ins for Microsoft Outlook and Lotus Notes embed the conference booking process into these groupware solutions. Appointments for telephone or web conferences are entered into the calendar and meeting invitations are sent without leaving Outlook or Notes. We also provide a plug-in for instant messaging with Lotus Sametime.

Customised system that fits your business infrastructure

Our conferencing system is connected to your identity management system via web services, which means that accounts on our conference system can directly be administered with your business application. Browser-based certificates allow employees to simultaneously log onto our conference system and other applications by using the single sign-on feature.

The conferencing system's look&feel can of course be designed according to your CI. This includes web frontends, voice announcements and on-hold music. All conferencing solutions can be tailored to suit your individual needs.

It is also possible to provide VPN or MPLS connections to ensure a safe connection of high-quality VoIP or video to our conferencing systems. For example, a SIP trunk can directly link your Cisco CallManager to our conference system.

Reducing time and effort required for integration

We use open standards and web services for the implementation of flexible integration architectures. As a result, time and effort required for integration can be reduced and our conferencing solutions can individually be embedded into applications and portals.
