Dr. Ralf Nikolai - Managing Director

Ralf Nikolai is executive partner and spokesman of Lindenbaum. He was a founding co-partner of disy Informationssysteme GmbH and its first managing director. Dr. Ralf Nikolai studied Computer Science at Karlsruhe University and subsequently worked at the FZI Research Centre in Karlsruhe, where he later became director of the Database Systems Research Centre. In 2002, during his time there, he was awarded his doctorate. In 1999 he established the Communications business segment which he has been responsible for ever since. The separation of the Communications business segment from disy Informationssysteme GmbH and the creation of Lindenbaum GmbH in March 2009 saw Dr. Nikolai take over the position of managing director of Lindenbaum.

Sven Behrens - Managing Director

Sven Behrens is executive partner of Lindenbaum. As CTO (Chief Technology Officer), he is responsible for planning new services and system architectures as well as selecting strategic technology. He was a founding co-partner of disy Informationssysteme GmbH and became managing director in 1999. The separation of the Communications business segment from disy and the creation of Lindenbaum GmbH in March 2009 saw him take over the position of managing director of Lindenbaum together with Dr. Nikolai. Sven Behrens studied Computer Science at Karlsruhe University and has worked in various institutes at the FZI Research Centre.
