The company was founded in 2014 and has established itself as an innovative provider in recent years. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

4TechnologyGroup is the merger of three, since September 15 four, innovative and very experienced companies from Germany that have specialized in the areas of communication and artificial intelligence. The new sister company voiXen is strengthening the group with an AI-based speech analysis solution and coaching and evaluation software.
