The 4TechnologyGroup takes over PRECIRE Technologies GmbH and thus expands the technology portfolio for processing speech and dialogues

PRECIRE Technologies was founded in 2007 in Aachen by Dirk Gratzel and Christian Greb and is one of the world’s pioneers in the AI-based analysis of linguistic communication based on psychological criteria. The results of PRECIRE can be used, for example, for conversation analyzes in contact centers: “The technology will be another important component of our innovation strategy for AI-supported evaluation of communication,” explains Olav Vier Strawe, founder of the 4TechnologyGroup. “The process convinced us!”
The 4TechnologyGroup is the amalgamation of now five innovative companies from Germany that have specialized in the areas of communication and artificial intelligence. The 4TechGroup includes the companies 4Com, Lindenbaum, parlamind, voiXen and, from now on, PRECIRE. The integration strengthens the 4TechGroup’s expertise and at the same time creates new opportunities as a provider of end-to-end solutions.
The new managing director of PRECIRE Technologies is Rainer Holler, who takes on this role in addition to managing 4Com. “We will continue to make the existing technology and the solutions in the B2B area available to customers and partners”, clarifies Rainer Holler. “At the same time, we see enormous potential in new fields of application. In addition to customer service and HR, there will be analyzes for communication in the financial sector, especially for the international market. ”
The company founders of PRECIRE are also sure that they have made the right decision: “It was important to us that the future-oriented PRECIRE technology be adopted by a specialist with AI know-how and market success who can serve existing customer contracts without interruption,” explains Co-founder Dirk Gratzel. “It quickly became clear to us that the experience of the 4TechnologyGroup in the field of speech processing was the right basis for further development of the technology as well as of the business field,” adds Christian Greb, also co-founder of PRECIRE. “We are united by a passion for innovation and technology,” says Olav Vier Strawe, confirming the takeover. PRECIRE is now based in Hanover.

Lindenbaum in Karlsruhe offers a platform for voice communication and powerful conference software for large companies and carriers.
voiXen from Hamm and Berlin helps companies to optimize their customer service through language analysis software as well as digital coaching and evaluation systems through the use of AI and big data.
PRECIRE, now Hanover, as a provider of speech analysis ensures that messages arrive correctly and develop the desired effect. To do this, the tool analyzes texts and contents before they are published with regard to their specific effect on the recipient.
